How does it work?
1. We will need a refundable deposit depending on the size to secure your order. The final quote will be sent once you agreed on the final work.
- Single (One main flower): $15 Deposit
- Small ( Three and under Main flowers): $45 Deposit
- Medium (Five and under Main flowers): $75 Deposit
- Large (Eight and under Main flowers): $100 Deposit
2. When you check out, I will contact you in 24 hours to gather detail info about your flowers, give estimated processing time and share the flower price sheet to build your flowers. We will be communicating through your email address, please make sure to double check your email when you check out!
3. Once we've agreed upon your flowers and price, I will start making your flowers and will confirm the flowers before the final payment. Depending on the flower size, it will take 2-3 weeks of processing time to create your flowers.
4. When the flowers are completed, we will confirm the final work again and send custom invoice for the remaining charge. Flowers will be shipped once final payment is made.
5. Shipping: $50+ Free Shipping. Usually you should receive your package in 4-10 business day after we ship your flowers. However, depending on USPS situation and your location, shipping might take longer than usual. So please expect there will be delays on your orders.
