Processing Times
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please understand they are all hand-cut/ handmade flowers which need extra special time, care, and love. Most of the items are made to order. Mostly ready to ship in 5-7 days. For details, see individual listing. Please refer to these schedules before placing your order. If you need to inquire faster timing, please contact me before checking out your order.
Estimated Shipping Times
We do our best to meet the shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee depending on the shipping situation. All orders will depart from Fairfax, VA via USPS First Class/ Priority mail. If you need a faster shipping option, please contact me before you check out your order. At this time I do not ship internationally.
Packaging
I put extra time and effort to ensure all the flowers are packaged as carefully as possible. All of the arrangements and bouquets are loosely wrapped with protective wrapping papers. Stems and Arrangements are tied with single ribbon and Bouquets are wrapped with tissue paper, Kraft wrapping paper, and ribbons. Each item itself is presentable as a gift.
Sometimes Petals could flatten in the mail or in the box but they are easy to "fluff" back up with your magic touch. Just flip the flower pedals to the direction where you prefer.
Order confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. I am not responsible for delays or missed deliveries by USPS.
Shipping Address Policy
Please note that I will not be able to make changes to your shipping address once it has been ordered. Make sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order. I will not be responsible for the missing orders shipped to incorrectly submitted address. If your package gets returned due an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost to reship. If you need assistance in terms of your stolen/ missing package, contact USPS or your postal carrier.
