Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept refunds or exchanges. 

If your flowers arrives damaged, please contact me immediately to arrange a replacement. Make sure to provide your order number, name, and description with damaged photo. All request must be made within 2 days from the delivery date. 

Cancellations

I gladly accept cancellation request made within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to make a change to your order after it has been placed, or if you have made an error at checkout, please contact me.
